The OvuSense App is compatible with iPhone 7 models onwards and Android phones with NFC functionality.

If you are using a Huawei, Samsung Ultra or Plus series, Motorola or Google device, we would recommend that you attempt to connect the Sensor to your device prior to removing it from the sealed bag.  Some users have reported setup issues with Huawei, Samsung Ultra or Plus series Motorola & Google models and once the Sensor has been removed from the bag, we will not be able to accept a return.
