The OvuFirst sensor comes with the choice of one free specially designed armband or a free wristband. There are three sizes of armband and a 'one-size-fits-all' wristband. If you want to wear it on your arm, please measure around the widest section of the upper arm located above the elbow. OvuFirst is to be worn directly on the skin so make sure you are measuring your arm on the skin without clothes over the top for an accurate size. Use a fabric tape measure so that you can get around your arm. If you don’t have one, you can use a piece of string and then lay the string out length-wise against a ruler to obtain the measurement
