I purchased my subscription using a different email from the one registered on my app.

To apply for your subscription, please complete the steps below:
  1. Log into the OvuSense app and ensure that you are connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Tap on the Settings page > Subscription > Change Subscription Email > Enter the subscription email and tap Save.
  3. Return to the Sensor page and leave the app open for up to 3 minutes and you should then find that your subscription status updates.
Rest assured that adding an additional subscription email, will not affect your login details.
