My subscription status has not updated despite the payment going through.

Please follow the instructions below to apply your subscription:

1. Ensure you are connected to a strong WiFi signal and that you have updated to the latest version of the OvuSense App.

2. Open the App > Tap Settings > Subscriptions > Tap the 'Subscription status' row. If the status doesn't update after 30 seconds, wait over 10 minutes and then tap the 'Subscription status' row again. 

3. If you find that your Subscription still has not been applied please log out of the App. Then delete the app, and reinstall it from the App Store.

4. Sign in, wait 30 seconds before doing anything, and then check the Subscriptions page again.
