I have been charged for my monthly subscription, but I don’t want to use OvuSense this month. Can I get a refund?

Once a Serial Code has been purchased and automatically added to your account, we are unable to stop it from being used. Therefore, unfortunately we are unable to issue you with a refund on this occasion.

As per the Terms and Conditions on our website (https://www.ovusense.com/uk/terms-and-conditions/), it is the responsibility of the Buyer to manage their subscription via their PayPal account.  We are not able to do this on your behalf due to Data Protection reasons.

Also, please note we are not authorized to take payments once your Subscription has been cancelled.  Any payments made to Fertility Focus Ltd. will have been done so in accordance with your Billing Agreement when you signed up for your subscription.
